While this isn't a MUST, I work better with a full tummy! It doesn't need to be the full wedding meal. It saves me having to leave the venue to find food as I don't have a place to store a packed lunch.

Please be aware that Group shots can be extremely frustrating for guests who don't want their photo taking which is why I take the approach of natural is best. So pick your MUST have Group shots, around 10 groups including the large group shot of everyone. This will take around 30 mins MAX and then I can focus more on the Bride and Groom, creative shots and More natual action shots.

This Booking form is an order for Wedding Photography. All Digital images & Sample prints remain the property of Sarah Corfield Photography and they may be used for advertising from time to time. If you would prefer for SCP not to use your photos then please inform us in the additional info section of this form.
Although full care is taken with the photographs taken at the wedding, in the unlikey event that they should be damaged or lost or not delivered by Sarah Corfield Photography then you will receive all deposits made.
Upon completion of this form, Sarah Corfield Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon receipt of the booking fee of £200. Sarah Corfield Photography will NOT plan ANY other bookings for the entire date you have booked. For this reason, all booking fees are Non-refundable even if the date is changed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason.
The minimum deposit is taken to secure the date at time of booking. 50% of the balance is due 2 months before the wedding and the remaining balance is then due 2 weeks before the wedding.
All Travel & accommodation costs incurred to Sarah Corfield Photography are to be paid for by the contracting party if either the ceremony or reception are more than 40 miles from Grimsby.
Unless you say otherwise, you will get a preview on Facebook of your Wedding photos up to 1 week after your wedding and then all photos will be full edited in Colour and black and white in 6-8 weeks time. Under no Circumstances will any original files be released as they are not a true reflection of the work of Sarah Corfield Photography.
Depending on which package Purchased there may not be any prints or albums included. With each Package there will always be Digitals supplied.
