Upon booking Sarah Corfield Photography, a Non refundable booking fee is taken.
Should you need to rearrange your shoot then you are welcome to do that. If however you cancel then you will not receive your booking fee back. In the unlikely event that SCP has to rearrange the shoot more than once then you will be entitled to your deposit back.

You need to arrive at your shoot on time, if you are anymore than 10 minutes late then your shoot will not be able to take place as there will be other appointments on that day.

FULL payment is due at the time of the shoot. If products are ordered after the shoot then full payment is also required before items can be ordered

All shoots will be fully edited and ready within 1 week. The shoots in December will all be finished by the 18th December.

As some shoots are held at Sarah's house then please respect the equipment & surroundings. Whilst SC Photography is covered by Insurance, the equipment and decor is all extremely pricey and needs to be treated with respect. During your photo session, it is requested that phone cameras aren't used as it can be a distraction for the photographer and the person being photographed.

Where a Download is part of your package or purchased, you have full printing rights to those images but copyright still remains with SC Photography so you must not change or alter the images in anyway.
