I am a little late but I still wanted to do a 2020 year review as I still had some pretty amazing photoshoots and I also took plenty of my own kiddies too.
Enjoy....and Happy New year.
I LOVE how they turned out....let me know what you think.
Does anyone still read my blog? I hope so, even though it has been neglected for over a year (sorry)
What better was to restart blogging by showing you my last wedding of 2018!
The stunning winter wonderland at the Ashbourne Hotel.
Ash & Ria had a lovely wintery wedding complete with an Owl in the ceremony and even Snow for the first dance. What a brilliant day it was and I even stayed for the evening to party with everyone too.
Here's a selection of what i've been up to this year! There's a LOT!!

Here's a few photos from my sessions.
My good friend Tracey kindly let us use her beautiful house for the session and the photos couldn't have been better! We had a fantastic day & we're planning another soon for older children!
What better to start it than with a post from the amazing wedding of Phil & Julie. 1st April 2017.
Now I have known Phil & Julie for a good few years now, I have photographed their daughters, newborn, cake smash, Christmas session then their sons Newborn, Cake smash, Christmas session and also their family sessions too so i've seen them a good few times. We've all really built up a bond and i'd happily call them all my friends. I know their daughter Mila is my best friend ;) I was obviously very excited and honoured to be asked to photograph their special day too. It was a fantastic day. I smiled all day long and had a lot of fun with everyone too.
The barn was beautifully decorated by The wedding & Flower Boutique
Bridal make up was done by the ever talented Kate Atkinson.
Here's just a small selection of photos from the day
I didn't expect to be doing a review this year as for the first few months of 2016 I had a new job that I was moving on to. However it just wasn't right for me. Photography is my passion and I have the honour of doing it as a job so why would I throw that all away??
What a year it's been, I have met some fantastic new people and seen a lot of familiar faces too which I hope I will see again in 2017 too. I photographed more weddings than I ever have before and LOVED it. I photographed my first wedding at the deep!!! (wow!) It was a challenge but fun all the same.
I photographed a wedding in CYPRUS!!! (double wow !!) Which was amazing with so many amazing people too, it was such fun, so much fun that i've been chosen to photograph another in Cyprus in 2017 (YAY) More destination weddings please people, I am loving the new challenges :)
My Christmas sessions this year were again very popular with people bringing pets this year which I have LOVED! I already have a super idea for 2017 which is a LOT different :)
I also got to photograph some babies in the NICU this year, including my Niece which has made me realise I much prefer the natural style of photographing babies in natural environments.
2017 brings a lot more natural styled photography for me, it's what I love and I know I can do it well.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and I hope that 2017 brings you lots of Joy and Happiness.
Here's a few photos from 2016
Traditionally they are usually booked for a childs 1st Birthday however I have done a few sessions for older birthdays and recently had interest for Christmas themed smashes too.
The session starts with a phew photos in a cute little outfit before all the mess happens. Sometimes some family and sibling shots too.
Then out comes the cake, the session fee includes the cake which is VERY yummy and always smells and tastes amazing. The parents always end up having a nibble too ;)
Then we make a MESS...have a lot of fun and a lot of laughs and make some wonderful photos to cherish forever.
I can do many themes and styles so don't hesitate to contact me to discuss what you'd like to do.
Here are a few of my highlights, if i've missed anyone out i'm so sorry, there are a LOT of photos i've taken.
2016 see's a lot of changes for me, I won't be taking on any new clients as I have started a new venture for 2016 and will be doing more personal photography too. Happy New year everyone may it be filled with good health and fun and happiness

I photographed some wonderful weddings and I can't wait to photograph many more in 2015.
Thank you to everyone who made 2014 a wonderful year for me and I can't wait to see what this new year brings.
The weather was a little cold but the winter sun was out and it gave the perfect setting.
I also took along my 10 year old Son Harrison to assist me and to snap some photos. I will share a few of his at the end of the post.
Here are a few of Harrison's Photos, Edited by me.
It was a late wedding and very very dark but we all had a good laugh and a great day was had by all.
